From the very first meeting with Mitchell’s it was clear that there was genuine interest in taking on this project despite the challenges of operating in a busy enclosed public space within a high security area. Mitchell’s carried out a complex extension to our listed property “Les Cotils”. We were very impressed with the professionalism and proactiveness of the Mitchell team and the project was completed to a high build quality, on budget and on time. The construction included an extension to the main house kitchen and the re-building and extension of an existing annex that was integrated into the main house. We were living in the property during the build with a new born and a toddler and the construction was undertaken with minimal disruption and the site always kept tidy.
